What I liked

Charlotte Kaseta was stunning, arresting and so beautifully heartbreakingly mesmerizing.
Her character NYX pretty much wrecked me to bits emotionally.
Spoiler alert: I was screaming inside to witness what filmmaker Alejandro Jodorowsky would name her potent transmutational act of pure violence. The ritual he would call PsychoMagick. This play is just that. A most powerful ritual offering of ART to subvert and heal the most evil of injustices. The gratitude I have that this work exists in a dimension of pure awe.

Steph Martinez’s brilliant portrayal of AVA’s innocence and loyalty had me caring everything about the friendship.
Her mastery and intensity glowed and simmered scintillatingly beneath her surface.
Such a thing of beauty to experience how she captivated and supported the story so exquisitely.
And her character broke my heart with kind decency in the face of the most grotesque.

Ross Gosla was quite the antagonistic force to reckon with. To portray a baddie with so much rawness and gravitas, to disturb me so completely, I cannot sing his praises enough. And the wild fight scenes choreography with Steph’s AVA were completely stunning to watch.
All respect on these 3 incredible actors.

Frankie Kevech’s directorial genius shines through like the Sun. The pacing, the humor, the torment… how so much was packed into such a short window of time is beyond me. All high praise on Frankie, and on the production, the set design, the costumes. To imagine what the producer Andrew Martinez Nold had to be responsible for is so impressive. What an astounding job he’s done, keeping this production chugging along so beautifully.

What I didn't like

Not a thing!

My overall impression

I am so wildly IMPRESSED by this play.
IMPRESSED is actually quite the understatement.
The courage this group had to tackle such formidable subject matter…
With story threads overlaying different timelines so elegantly, it took my breath away.
The complexity of the audio sound design hauntingly built the backstory.
And this masterful sound design had me caring and invested in everything that was to unfold.

And I haven’t even started raving about the performances of these esteemed actors, their director and their producer.
