What I liked

Jamie Gallo created an absolutely loveable character of a little boy just trying to make it in Hollywood, which resonates with the kid in all of us just trying to chase after their dreams, and doing whatever they can to make it happen. So much fun.

My overall impression

The Dangerous Book For Boys is a charmingly fun show, and Jamie Gallo created a magnificent character that is infectiously magnetic in every way. As a child actor myself who wanted to run away from home as a kid as well (who didn’t, honestly), this piece drew me in right from the start. With wonderful crowd work woven in smoothly, each element of this show had me giggling and snorting with laughter the entire time. Super enjoyable to watch!
