A highly entertaining and original descent into depression, SLAY ME isn't afraid to tackle difficult topics while never losing its sense of humor and controlled chaos. A really fun time that will make you laugh and also reflect!...

Intriguing Dark Hopeful
As a man who occasionally has the attention span of a fly I generally prefer non solo shows, This show had my attention the whole time. The dark theme also made me nervous but Veronica delivers as great story with extremely emotional acting that held my attention the whole time. The reason for the struggle was very deep and appreciated. She presented a great case for being resilient in the search for hope. ...

Dark Comedy
A hilarious and frankly insane take on being a woman in a world that just isn’t built for women. The story is raw and intense in a way that reminds you of why dark comedies are so hilarious. It’s simple and so well executed, it will have you questioning the sanity of everybody involved in the show, including you and every other person in that audience. And of course, it’s relatable as hell. Though that’s something you’ll probably need to discuss with your therapist at your next session....

This show takes you through it alongside Veronica. You can feel the emotion as you watch her absolutely KILL her hour long monologue wholeheartedly with grace and passion. It was funny, deep, relatable, touching, vulnerable, sincere. It made me go from laughing one minute to genuinely questioning if Veronica is okay in her personal life the next. That’s how good she is. I just wanted to get up and give her a hug. 1000/10 show. 100000/10 writing (per usual. Veronica is an amazing writer. I don’t know how she does it..) absolutely recommend going to see this show. You will never regret it! ...

Veronica Rosas delivers a hilariously raw performance in Slay Me which shines a light on the experience of women over 30. Her dark comedy elicits loads of laughs and she does not shy away from seemingly self deprecating humor. But the absolute highlight for me was the profound vulnerability in the sections where she questions her motives and deepest fears....
