This is my second time watching the play. Compared to when I saw it at UCLA, this version felt much more detailed, and the story became clearer. I remembered it as a show that required me to piece together the storyline through the time shifts, which made it especially interesting and engaging. Naturally, that element of discovery was lost on a second viewing, and I’m not sure my review can fully do it justice. I do wonder, though, if someone were seeing this version for the first time, with all the added clarity and detail, would the sense of misty lesbian tension still come through?...

The show was an intimate and poetic exploration of young queer women finding themselves among an institution that asked too much of them. The dialogue was crafted beautifully in a way that transitioned from poetry to prose often. ...

This show was brilliant. A study in ambiguity and queerness told in thearer-in-the-round. The actors were both superb -- very mature in their craft, clearly well-rehearsed, and pulled on my heartstrings at every turn. These are some of the best performances I've had the chance to see at the Fringe, hands down. I'd also be remiss if I didn't mention the poetry and metaphor laced throughout, as well as the sound and light design. This was the last show for it at the Fringe this year, but catch it in NYC on June 25th at (ironically enough) The Tank!...

A bracingly intimate, sincere, and well-directed play about memory and dependance. A show that has absolute control and use of its space to craft an atmosphere that achieves visual poetry to match its language, never once sacrificing the human pain and yearning at the heart of the story. They are trapped and watched, moving seamlessly between the past and present with no clear resolution for either....

A really beautiful, poetic and artistic show. I really enjoyed the chemistry between the two characters. In the round theater can be tricky but overall I thought it was handle well, creating a very intimate theater experience. It's one of those shows where I understood the overall story but would like to watch again to then dive deeper since it is a very layered experience. ...
