What I liked
The cast is fantastic, bringing a hilarious and heartfelt ensemble to life. The dialogue crackles, the lyrics are genuinely laugh-out-loud funny, and there’s an office romance that gives Jim & Pam a run for their money. The story blends ’80s tech dreams with timeless themes of ambition, connection, and self-discovery—plus the songs slap.
What I didn't like
It was a little hard to hear the vocals over the music in a couple spots, but the energy and talent onstage more than carried the day.
My overall impression
So much fun! One Up: The Musical is ninety minutes of pure joy—a nostalgic ride bursting with heart, humor, and synth-pop sparkle.
