What I liked
I enjoyed the simplicity of this production, this is straight Shakespeare played in a modern setting, and it was well understood!

No notes!!
My overall impression
Shakespeare can be hard for modern audiences to understand and attend. Romeo & Juliet in 60 Minutes remedies that by condensing this well known story into an hour that makes it easier to digest for contemporary viewers. The streamlined dialogue and speedy transitions made for a quick enjoyment of Shakespeare’s famous tragedy! The Nurse was a highlight of this particular version.
