About the Project
WILHELMINA is a sophomore play by Cheyenne Washington (MAJORETTES*). This dramatic 2 act stage play is about a young jazz singer who moves from the east coast to the south to work at the house of a wealthy man who has been rumored to have murdered his wife. Desperate for a job, she agrees to work in the house, and the secrets of the house begin to unravel. This play explores topics of love, race, and acceptance.
