What a privilege to listen Ayahuasca infused musings on his life as an imperfect Dad, a risk-taking adventurer and an inner life explorer. He manages to weave in making a film about Bolivian revolutionaries, a tantric ceremony in India and of course Burning Man! And it somehow all comes together in the two minutes he is alloted to speak at his beautiful and accomplished daughter's wedding....

What a hilarious premise: go through an Ayahuasca ceremony so that you can get through your father of the bride speech at your daughter’s wedding ceremony! Larry’s story while filled with humor reaches some very heartfelt and moving moments. I especially loved his spiritual awakening and light bulb movement that the 108 versions of woman are really one and that one woman can have all these aspects! In his spiritual journey he is able to see his daughter as empowered, mature and capable and ready for him to give her away! He longs for love himself and in taking this journey he finds he can both “give away” his daughter and find true love himself. It will have you tearing up at certain movements! ...
