My overall impression
Bill Ratner easily transitions from greeting guests in the lobby to being the star of his own show. With his comfort and confidence level you know you’re in good hands from the very start. Bill’s vivid story telling and his overwhelming charm make this a quick 55 minutes. Then you spend the rest of the evening missing Bill. Go see him. More importantly, go hear him.
