This show rocked — in a Gay Episcopalian playwright versus his 12th century warrior ancestor way.
The contrasting ideas and variety of music really clicked. And the cat was adorable.
Having a live keyboard instead of prerecorded playback helped keep the interaction lively — and the clever lyrics audible.
I laughed as much as I hoped I would, and even puddled up at the end.
All good!
One of my favorite shows of this year’s Fringe so far!
