About the Project
Hal Rudnick’s dad was a marine, a concert producer, a compulsive gambler, and a thief. In this truth is stranger than fiction tale, Hal brings him to life and shares snapshots of a man who was a charismatic showman, a volatile maniac, and a wounded child. Car chases, kidnappings, the mafia, and Mel Tormé combine to make this a hilarious and unforgettable journey.
