My overall impression
As someone with my own Jersey dad, I was expecting to identify a lot with this show (and in some small ways, I did.) But I gotta say, my dad has nothing on Hal’s dad! This was a wild, high energy comedic ride. Really enjoyed Hal’s character work, and that the show ended on a nice positive note. It truly feels like Hal could have endless material when talking about his family.
