What I liked

I love the way Hal describes even the smallest micro moment of an experience with vivd imagery. I love the gambling buddy characters, could see them having a spin off show. I loved that the show ripped from start to finish. Never a dull moment. How could there be with this subject matter.

What I didn't like

I’d like to see this how on an ever bigger scale with more tech and sets. The way each scene was describes, even the high-speed chase scene. Would’ve loved to have been immersed even deeper into that with sound cues and lights perhaps.

My overall impression

I could tell a life’s worth of deep emotional mining went into this show and Hal struck gold. The backbone of the show keeps you thoroughly engaged as Hal takes you on a honest and eye-opening journey through his life. The characters you meet throughout the show are hilarious and stunning. You truly feel the healing power of laughter throughout this show. So glad I saw it!
