My overall impression
Yousaf oozes charm in this coming-of-age story about cultural identity.
He had me cackling throughout—until things took a poignant turn. Set in the post-9/11 world, this beautifully told immigrant story unfolds through the eyes of a Muslim high schooler. It’s funny, moving, and deeply human. Go see this… then go again!
