“How Do I Hold It” sounds intriguing—it could be about technique, strategy, or even a playful take on everyday challenges. The title makes me curious to see what practical tips or insights it offers, whether it’s hands-on skills or a metaphorical lesson. bankruptcy lawyer...

Just like Green Gartside (lead singer of the band, Scritti Politti), Tabatha Myers is one-of-a-kind. In her solo show, How Do I Hold It?, Myers recounts a childhood fraught with medical ailments, issues being believed, and a platter of Jesus-Saves all your worries. Such an amazing show! Tabatha's performance was inviting, vulnerable, brave and delightfully comedic. It's like an intimate peek inside someone's brain as they give you a tour of their experiences, opening themselves up for us to learn and grow. It's not preachy but it did feel spiritual - a very multi-layered show with space to laugh, cry, grit your teeth in anger and then repeat all the steps again and again. Can't wait to see how this develops!...

How Do I Hold It? is brave and vulnerable. As Tabitha unfolds the experience of assault, she described many feelings that are all-too-familiar — not just internally, but how it can spider outwards to the people who should be your supports. This is a powerful show and I applaud her for sharing her story with grace, openness, and humor....

How Do I Hold It is ultimately about the journey of healing. Tabatha tells her story clearly and with intent. I felt as though I was with her through the experience, and it was interesting to watch her become more empowered at the end of the performance....

I was taken by surprise during this show. I wasn't the show I expected, and that is a wonderful unwrapping. Instead, it became a show that required me to reflect on my inner self so I could let go. ...
