Might be fun to experiment even more with dynamic levels of the voices at different moments.
My overall impression
Play Things is exactly the kind of show you want to see at Fringe: daring, bold, unsettling, and fun! It’s a tour de force writing debut for Carlos Cameron which he also adeptly directs, making clever use of the space and evoking spirited and textured turns from the actors. The mysterious Blossom Chandler literally dominates the room and Matteo Roukes gives a remarkably nuanced performance while helplessly immobile. This spooky, provocative bit of mischief is not to be missed!
