This is one of the most surprising shows. I had no idea I would have consistent deep belly laughs and then cry tears all in less than an hour. It's almost like seeing a top comedian who happens to be a great actress. Kirsten is a rare performer who can navigate you through emotions and lead you on journey that is hard for most people to do. It's such a beautiful show is how I would best describe it. It's deeply deeply funny, raw and relatable. This is a rare show you want to see again, and bring friends. It's incredible in all aspects: performance, direction, writing - it's one I expect to see win awards in the future....

Kirsten is an absolute jewel of the LA theatre community! I could watch her throw magic around the stage for days. Whether she’s giving me a howlingly funny joke or a simple, poignant moment, I am always leaning forward. Outdated is another gorgeous example of her wit, her intelligence and her humanity twisting around 100sq ft at the LGBT Center. She is such a brilliant writer and performer and I want to see everything she does!...

A brilliantly funny and wildly entertaining look at the terrifying monster that is dating in LA. Told through dumpster-fire-date vignettes and dating seminar classes, Vangsness claws her way through the search for the combination of love AND an orgasm bouncing between an array of incredible characters, each earning their own type of laugh. This show is not without its gut-punch and Kirsten’s ability to turn a corner and change tone completely on a dime is deserving of the tears it brought. I would also like to add a particular shout out to the surrealist connective tissue slithering its way throughout, big BIG fan of this. Outdated is a show you would not want to miss. ...

This show was incredible- vulnerable, real, and absolutely hilarious through all of that. I couldn’t stop laughing the entire time, save for a moment where I was almost brought to tears- an expertly written shift that couldn’t have been stated better, and felt relatable to many of us in the room. This show balances the hilarity and confusion that dating brings today, and I loved every second!...

Kirsten Vangsness is an absolute force on stage. The journey she takes the audience on, her fearless pursuit of self discovery and enlightenment, is both profoundly moving and endearingly hilarious. We could all only hope to use our trauma to create something so incredibly healing, thought-provoking and entertaining. 10/10, would recommend any and all to see this show. And thank you Kirsten for sharing her deeply moving honesty and self reflection with us all....
