solo show
Anyone looking for a titillating solo show with a philosophical poetess need look no further. In Smut with Entendre Entendre, performer Bryn Woznicki presents a deliciously bawdy burlesque play avec un accent français. Clad in the appropriate sensual lingerie, Entendre sings, dances, recites and beguiles the audience in just an hour's time.
In earnest moments discussing how "everything is about sex except sex," Entendre discusses power plays as she flirts with audience members. This dominatrix knows what she likes and how she likes it. As such, it is impossible not to enjoy what she is throwing down.
Ooh la la, ma petite! This is a sultry solo venture if ever there was one....

Amazing show, amazing premise, amazing execution! Variety shows are hard enough with a team; a solo variety where she captivates the audience for a full hour is a feat.
The array of comedic techniques & styles she flows through was a delight to see, from puns & entendres to storytelling & physical bits, it's impressive! & by the end, she's got all our hearts breaking for her, before a big jazzy finale, so good!
I particularly enjoyed the final moment, where as the light fades, her big show-woman grin also fades, leaving us on a poignant note.
If this don't get picked up for a full run somewhere, theatre really is dead. BRAVA 🎭...

Bryn is an excellent performer. Tight turns of character on a dime, a scrip that has seen lots of love and thought and heart. It is fun and then (I hope this isn't a spoiler) a tiny bit of heartbreaking. Bryn understands the performance she's going for. So much more than you're expecting....

Fantastic show. I absolutely loved it!
I’ve seen many shows at this year’s Fringe and this is one of my favorites.
It’s a small theater and the show seems to be selling out, so grab your tickets while you can. You won’t regret it....
