A fun show delivering an important message about how we treat each other.
What I didn't like
The creator seems to have brought the show they wanted to reality. I wouldn’t presume to tell them how to improve. 🙂
My overall impression
I didn’t even need to read the writer’s statement to know this was a labor of love. Clearly writer and star Shannon Corbeil was taken by the story of Pauline Bonaparte and so was the packed house in attendance. Shannon and her cast gave a joyful and energetic performance. She expertly combined comedy, improvisation, audience interaction and a message about how we demand perfection from women and punish them if they celebrate it for themselves.
