I loved so many things about this show, I don’t know where to start! The interesting multi-generational story line sets forth almost simultaneous feelings of both joy and sadness, perfectly setting up the catchy musical numbers that leave the audience members happy and smiling. The dynamics between perfectly-cast actor-singers was a real treat - this show is ready to go places. I loved the musical harmonies and the singing-in-the-round numbers. This show is an all-around winner! ... full review

With a magical blend of touching lyrics, sincere storytelling and a dynamite ensemble, Bless Your Heart is a musical I can't wait to see again. The songs stick with you after the first listen (360 or 180 hit right home with me), and Barri Hollander has created a captivating world of heart, hilarity and soul. I left wanting more, and I think that's the best part about this piece, because I simply can't wait to see Bless Your Heart in its entirety and the complete songbook. I absolutely LOVED what I saw in yesterday's performance! Bravo to all involved!... full review

What a joy this show was! While the entirety of the story can’t be conveyed in a short 45-minutes, the timeless themes of family dysfunction, hurting the ones you (supposedly) love, and breaking cycles of generational trauma to find happiness rang true. You might think a show about “trauma” would be a bit of a downer, but you would be wrong. This is one bunch of catchy, uplifting songs that will you will likely find yourself humming in the days after.... full review
