Dee wrote a compelling script. He managed to wrangle 17 very committed actors who were all very invested regardless of the size of their role. And I dug the choice to leave the house lights up so we in the audience could take a long hard look at our selves.
What I didn't like
I would have liked the final scene with the family fleshed out a bit more.
My overall impression
This was a dynamic play about a very personal and relevant discussion of what racism looks like in 2025 in America.
