Levity and genuinely funny moments amidst such heavy topics is a tight rope that this show manages to balance.
You can feel this cast genuinely respects the source material and give raw impassioned performances.
What I didn't like
A few stumbles here and there on line reads but nothing that took me out of the story.
Something I’m sure will continue to improve with time as this was an opening preview.
My overall impression
I’ve known Dee (Didi) for years and the highest praise I can give My Tiger is this is one of the most raw and authentic lenses into someone’s life I’ve ever seen.
The vulnerability, courage and drive to create a show like this should be celebrated and I couldn’t be more proud of what this cast and crew has accomplished.
I highly recommend that anybody that seeks art that gives a deeper human connection between audience and author watches this show.
