In his debut solo show, Moth Champion Frank Traynor takes us on a "rollercoaster" of identity, love, and growth—from Argentina to the U.S., from boy to man, from son to father. The runt of a 7 family "litter" Frank fights to shake his mama’s boy complex with humor, heart, and raw honesty. You’ll root for him—and maybe for your own messy evolution too.... full review

A relatable story about how growing up never ends and how the twists and turns of life define what makes us a human. Frank's incredible storytelling ability makes you feel like you're in the scene itself - from childhood in Argentina, to coming-to-adulthood in Colorado. Franks paints an incredible coming-of-age story that's full of laughs and heartfelt moments. So relevant for today's times as we reexamine what it means to be "a man" and to the masculine. ... full review

Frank is an experienced stand-up comic and storyteller who leans into his talents to share an engaging narrative about his childhood in Argentina as the youngest member of a large family. Despite his youthful appearance and vibrant energy, Frank grew up in an era and culture where the standards of masculinity were much more rigid and emotionally restrictive than what we might imagine today. With brutal honesty, he highlights both the joys and sorrows of searching for one's place in the world, skillfully balancing comedy and pathos. There were moments when I held my breath and times when I couldn't stop laughing. This story illustrates how one can break free from societal expectations to embrace the most essential aspect of humanity: the auth... full review
