What I liked
I quite liked the interplay between characters, a lot of it felt very genuine and realistic. Set design and time transitions were also pristinely simple but elegant.
What I didn't like
There were a lot of compelling plot threads and themes, it’s a very ambitious show, but due to the runtime a few of them got lost in the shuffle and I would love to see a 2 hour cut of the show where those were able to flourish more
My overall impression
I quite enjoyed Girl Blood, it’s ambitious and has a lot of heart
