My overall impression
A sweet coming of age story that tackles so many important topics all within a 90 minute run time. Funny and Lighthearted while also taking the issues its dealing with seriously. The set looked amazing and it was really cool to see how The Zanni Theatrics team utilized every one of their members to put on a high quality show. The actors worked well together and had great chemistry. Each one of their relationships and their dynamics provided interesting conflicts and perspectives. The direction was also great! It was really interesting how they were able to show the passing of time. Each character went on different paths in life, some interacted with each other, or didn’t, and that was communicated very efficiently through the direction. If you love indie coming of age movies, Girl Blood will be right up you alley. Go Check it Out!
