-Practical effects are on point
What I didn't like
-Maybe could benefit from using knee pads….just sayin
My overall impression
As a person whose whole experience with Shakespeare can be summed up by vague memories of high school drama plays with puffy sleeves, “et tu, Brutus?”, someone holding a skull for some reason, and of course the awesome depictions of Romeo and Juliet in both the 1996 version with good old Leo Dio and Jet Li’s sick ass version (RIP Aaliyah), this show brings a new and welcomed addition to my Shakespearean knowledge. An abridged version of the most exciting moments throughout his many works that kept me at the edge of my seat bursting at the seams with laughter. The cast does an awesome job of making you feel uncomfortable in the best way possible. 10/10 must see/experience!
