My overall impression

This script is great! A fantastic inventive and playful script that had a strong plot and themes along with personal touches from the playwright that were both tragic and refreshing.

The actors, on the other hand, were good but in their heads for much of the show. They made interesting choices and strong ones at that but they were not consistently in the moment. But don’t let this get you down, the actors had many nice moments of clarity and strength.

The direction was clear and nice but the transitions seemed a little long. I don’t know if this was intentional but it it kept taking me out of the world of the play. I wanted it to move faster so i could see and learn more about the world I was transported to.

I loved the music and the lights.

Congrats in the show! A fantastic start to a beautiful journey!
