I loved the energy of the cast, people worked off one another effortlessly. The style of the play was riveting as we explored highly comedic, farce-like jokes and vulnerable, and raw moments of what it means to be successful.
What I didn't like
Nothing! Wish I could see it again!
My overall impression
The story was incredibly engaging and the cast worked super well together. It was both hilarious and touching. It was refreshing to see a story where POC are highlighted in a successful light. It unveiled a true struggle of what it means to represent your community. In a moment where one should feel proud of their success, this story highlights how hard it can be to feel the burden of representing your community and how competitive it can feel when your counterpart succeeds.
