What I liked
Especially as a member of the AAPI community, I found so much of what Joy was saying to be very relatable. It had me reflecting upon how my parents’ relationship with each other, and with me, had affected the course of my own adult relationships.
What I didn't like
I saw the preview show and found it enjoyable. I can’t think of anything here.
My overall impression
An insightful and bravely honest take on romantic and sexual relationships and how they are affected by the family relationships we grew up with, delivered with Joy’s humor and energy.
