What I liked
I loved the storytelling, and characters, and all the musical and visual elements. Cyrus takes us through the seemingly small decisions in life that end up creating the person you are now. My favorite line that still sticks with me is about how it’s not just about coming to Hollywood and “making it” that matters, it’s the fact that you are pursuing your dream when so many others don’t or can’t.
What I didn't like
I thought it was wonderful! Especially for premiering at fringe, he seemed well rehearsed and comfortable. I would recommend to anyone!
My overall impression
This autobiographical story took me on a journey of self discovery, with all the highs and lows. Figuring out who you are isn’t always the hard part, it’s accepting and loving that person and living in your truth.
