What I liked
I love the simplicity of this method. By presenting participants with just a handful of guiding questions, Brandie presents this rubric for story creation in a fun and accessible manor.
I also loved hearing what everyone came up with. Even if two individuals selected the same base material, by the time we were done, they each had a tale unique to themselves and their own style.
What I didn't like
More people need to come and experience this workshop. Seriously, grab a ticket. You won’t regret it.
My overall impression
This is a FANTASTIC workshop and writing exercise designed to spark your imagination and stimulate your creativity. Simple, straightforward, and effective, and it’ll get your creative juices flowing! I can see why Brandie’s been invited to present this workshop at events like SDCC and GLAWS.
