Wow, this was absolutely brilliant and innovative in every sense of the word. I’m still blown away by how the concepts completely enraptured me and touched on so many important themes that I’m passionate about. I feel that this miraculously manages to be a beautiful love letter and hilarious satire of theatre at the same time, and it almost feels impossible for these two to exist in tandem. Not only did the play constantly have me laughing, but it made me consistently stimulated come on thinking heavily about the meaning derived in judging artistic work. Is it ever truly valid, who is anyone to judge, does it help anything? I highly recommend seeing this play so that you can have a unique theatrical experience and come to your own perspective about the fine details of this outstanding play.
