My wife and I were laughing at specific jokes and moments for the whole car ride home. There are moments that we’re going to reference for months to come. Whole cast is stellar, but Reid Emmons understood his assignment and executes on a level that had me literally convulsing with laughter.
What I didn't like
I want to see more, could see this working very well as a tight two or three act play at 90 minutes. Keep the cast if possible, they were all excellent.
My overall impression
A remarkable accomplishment. Fast, funny, sharply written and precisely directed, my only wish was that it was being performed for a bigger audience. As soon as the play reveals its hand and shows you its twist, you will know you are in extremely capable hands. At 30 minutes, not a moment is wasted and you’re left on the edge of your seat the entire show. I hope they expand this and get to do a longer run with it, I’ll buy a ticket opening night.
