This is such an amazing show, I saw it twice. Back To Me has it all: humor, great music (Sunita has a Broadway caliber voice), but most of all, it is so personal. Sunita shares her amazing life journey--her pain, her joy, her ability to overcome adversity--with candor, wit, and honesty. The show is great from the beginning, but the last third will make you cry, inspire you, and leave you wanting more! Highly recommend it!...

This was a powerhouse performance. Not only because the vocal renditions were superlative but also because Sunita put so much of herself under the scanner. A very brave show that addresses parenting, a performer's journey, the American beauty pageant industry, and the politics of representation. The stories weaved beautifully through the music. Sunita not breaking into the Broadway big league was, I dare say Broadway's loss. Also a sordid reminder that so much of America is wasted by racism of its institutions. Sunita has had an extraordinary life and it was a delight to catch a glimpse of it through her music. ...

A moving and funny musical memoir with tremendous singing that gave the audience a fascinating look at someone who lost and found their voice (in several ways). Highly entertaining....

Sunita is an incredible singer. She wove together musical theater classics with her own story, making them relatable even out of context, and revealing a bit how she copes during uncertain times.
This was a concert I didn't want to end. I felt so lucky sitting in that intimate theater on a Sunday afternoon. This is singing of the highest quality. ...
