What I liked
The show structure worked well with excellent use of multimedia to supplement the story. The technical elements helped transform the space and bring us directly into Byron’s world. The show was tightly directed, making excellent use of space and time.
What I didn't like
From where I was seated, there were a couple of moments when I couldn’t see Byron. Not a big deal, but I would have loved to capture every second of his riveting performance!
My overall impression
I was impressed by Byron’s ability to seamlessly weave in and out of character as he took the audience along on his journey. His level of specificity immediately dropped me into the world. Byron’s physical vocabulary is rich and on full display. I can’t count how many times I, along with the rest of the audience, laughed out loud. The overall message was exemplified through Byron’s performance. Bravo!
