My overall impression
Conversations In Exile is a great production that is thoughtfully and beautifully written for recent times. The acting is excellent and clearly portrays the characters lost happiness as they navigate family, desire, love and regret amidst a sea of unfulfilled dreams and ambitions. Poignant and relatable with a touch of humor, this thought-provoking play translates the depth and complexity of Checkov’s original Three Sisters to a time of covid, wildfires and social unrest. Really enjoyed it – well done!
