I loved how cramped the stage felt with the size of the cast vs. the size of the theater. It was perfect for the “trapped” feeling in the context of the play. Watching the actors navigate around the table and other set pieces felt real and seamless.
Also a great ensemble all around. Ivy and Sierra both had moments in their monologues that made me tear up and the rest of the cast was strong.
What I didn't like
Honestly, can’t really think of anything. Great show!
My overall impression
It was clear this play has been workshopped and thought out. It feels like a solid, well rehearsed, emotional, and poignant piece that is at times both fun and heartbreaking. Great cast, great dialogue, effective staging.
