The flow of this show is impeccable. The jokes all fit, and land perfectly with the audience; the magic is well-presented, seemingly simply with massive and escalating payoffs; and you can’t help but learn a little about how our brains function and how we interact with others as Buster shares insights from his neurodiversity and acclimations to the same. This is one of my favorite Fringe shows I’ve ever seen.
What I didn't like
Not a damn thing. I’d watch this again and again just as it is.
My overall impression
Buster is funny and engaging, and talks about and frames his neurodiversity in a way that is both insightful and entertaining. his sense of humor and intimate knowledge of magic and the human mind would make this a must-see anyway… but he’s also an UNBELIEVABLE mentalist. The design and presentation of the tricks is second to none—not just impressive, but highly entertaining and informative in the process.
