I liked the show and Vee’s costume was extraordinary.
What I didn't like
A bit more vocal projection would help given the ongoing ceiling fan!
My overall impression
LATESUNDAY was a compelling short two person play that made me want more….or better yet, could be used as a springboard for a South Indian “Tuesdays with Morrie” series. The cultural and religious generational differences could be explored endlessly with a wider scope – LATESUNDAY certainly has a cultural twist to aging as Grandma Padma remembers her past reincarnations – certainly not the usual perspective for aging in the West! Brava to Vee Kumari and S. Malik for opening up this important grandmother to granddaughter dialogue.
