What I liked

I’ve been a Bill Posely fan since seeing another of his one-man pieces “The Day I Became Black.” Posely is an extremely gifted writer and performer who knows how to use his life experiences to delve into relevant social issues. One of his gifts is dropping emotional bombs that bring me to tears, then flipping the moment into laughter. He’s a maestro who knows how to conduct his audiences. His works make me laugh, cry, and probably most importantly, think. “The Day I Accidentally Went to War” did all those things.

What I didn't like

The Fringe is a great showcase to explore material. I feel like this piece will grow as it expands. The pacing worked for the time allotted, and I hope if it is expanded, there will be some more time to breathe within and explore specific area in greater depth.

My overall impression

Another Great Posely Show.
