What I liked
So many memorable moments, one line zingers that will be floating around my head for days, and a great use of props/ the space. Caroline is clearly a true artist and a bold performer. She is so playful, you want to get out of your seat and get on stage with her to join the fun. Her western accent is the best I’ve heard, and she has a beautiful voice.
What I didn't like
Nothing comes to mind.
My overall impression
This is my favorite thing I’ve seen in LA theater in a long time (and I see a lot). I don’t know Caroline, but I could tell this was so HER. It was truly a joy. I was laughing out loud and also teared up at the end. She was hilarious and poignant and brave. The writing and performance were really a gift, and a window into this artist’s brain/ heart.
