I kinda think the songs are actual bangers? And I don’t know why it didn’t work out for you…. Shut Up gonna be on my Spotify wrapped.

My overall impression
Devon had me laughing, shrieking, gasping, giggling, and of (course cringing) from the moment she stepped on stage. Pop star is tightly produced and rehearsed. It’s clear that a lot of care and thought was put into the structure of the show. Every moment is filled with a joke, new song, a music video or SOMETHING. There was never a dull moment. Not to mention that the story is absolutely insane. Each anecdote more ridiculous than the last. Devon recounts her misadventures with grace, humility, and a sharp sense of humor. This was just a delight to watch and I have found myself talking to people about it all day! One of the best you will see at fringe.
