This is one of those stories that’s so insane we depart from the realm of fiction into reality. The stories Devon has to share as well as the unapologetic embrace of teenage cringe had me captivated… and mortified. I was left speechless. If there was this much video evidence of my high school artistic endeavors I don’t think I would be so brave. You HAVE to see this. I find myself barely able to string words together to do this review because I keep having flashbacks to moments in Devon’s show and my brain keeps crashing like a two decade old laptop that was thrown in a pool. I was making this face 😬 the entire show and I think it’s become permanent
My overall impression
Deranged. Unhinged. Horrifying. Unbelievable. Flabbergasting. I mean these all as positives, by the way. Truly, I cannot remember the last time I saw something that kept me so relentlessly entertained while also forcing my body to make terrified contortions in my seat.
