A coworker dragged me and boy am I GRATEFUL. Devon bares all in this show and I laughed so hard. I was annoying as shit the next day cuz I kept on quoting her songs verbatim at work. But I don’t care. Would see the show again and listening to Shy Guy on repeat. Hope Netflix makes one of these cuz it was THAT good. I know what good shit is and this is that shit. Devon was extremely entertaining and gave me comedic insight into the difficulties surrounding entering the music industry, especially surrounding who to trust and what to look out for. There was a great combination of storytelling and singing, videos playing and commentary, often seamlessly intertwined.... full review

Pop Star is a fun show and it was a great way to start off the fringe. It's funny, personal, and 'real', with little to no self pity. Whu?!! As a show, it's basically a digestible, foot tapping, head bopping romp. To top it off, Devon is an extremely likable and talented performer/singer.
