What I liked
George can do the simplest, dumbest thing, and have his audience rolling. He is so delightfully disarming and endearing as a performer, the way he draws us in speaks to his incredible stage presence. The direction was truly stellar too. Bravo!
What I didn't like
There are parts of the show where we jumped around faster than my slow brain could catch up to. Especially as the characters get developmentally more complex, I coulda used help processing what I was seeing. That being said, if I was at all confused, i was still delighted.
My overall impression
One of my favorites of the festival this year, SO much fun. George takes us through the evolutionary development of life on earth, absolutely cackling along the way. Highly recommend, see this show!
