What I liked
George’s use of sound clips, costumes, props and interactive audience play made the show feel like an experience and not just a performance. He played WITH us instead of just at us. It was really cool to see the contemporary view of our culture and what this has all culminated into. (Loved the line about masks) I loved the asteroid play too — it was a great touch!

My overall impression
Soft Animal is a beautiful and hilarious examination of Life: the good, bad and ugly elements that have always made the world go round. George takes the audience on a journey through time with fun, clown-infused play. He provides a poetic lens through which to examine ourselves in our attempt to make sense of this fleeting, yet beautiful ride. If you’re looking to get the most out of life, SEE THIS SHOW!
