George is masterful at creating bizarre images that will stick with you long after the show is over. Each distinct section has its own set of devices and bits, feeling wholly different from one another, but not so different as to devolve into chaotic mush. For how rapidly sections move on from one another, each has its own expertly executed mini journey.
I know it’s the poster photo, but damn, do I love the amoeba.
Also, the inventive use of props was fantastic, George continually incorporating them in new ways for each character.
What I didn't like
I should have been chosen by the Sky Worm 🪱
My overall impression
George’s clown work is full of delightful surprises from start to finish. It’s a highly physical performance punctuated by moments of sudden insight and resonance.
