What I liked
I love comedy that is heartfelt and this show touched my heart while making me laugh. I felt connected to him as well as the whole audience through his performance. George is such a patient, vulnerable, self-aware performer. Soft Animal was a pure joy to watch!

My overall impression
Soft Animal was such a delightful treat of a solo show! I watched George perform for the first time a couple months ago and immediately turned to my friend and said, “this guy is next level.” I couldn’t wait to see more and watching his solo show delivered in the best way! George is unlike any other performer I’ve ever seen. You can tell he is so present on stage and takes his time discovering fun things to share with the audience. His sense of play is so contagious and he is so dang charming in every character he plays. You root for him from the moment he walks on stage to when he leaves. I can’t wait to see this show develop and grow!
