What I liked
The casting was magnificent. Great attention to detail, great setup of the relationships between characters, WONDERFUL concept and great staging and design!
What I didn't like
It’s not done yet, and it feels like it. It’s a great proof-of-concept, but I can’t wait for the full version of this—there’s clearly much more going on in the show than they stated, and I can’t wait for the full production!
My overall impression
What a great idea! Well-cast, well written, with great tension and a lot of clear understated relationships that heighten the moment. Great first steps for what could be a truly fascinating imagining of a pivotal moment in American history!
