The interactions between actors and the audience were a pleasant surprise!
What I didn't like
not a criticism but just a reminder to arrive early to find parking!
My overall impression
This story immediately engages the audience with its playfulness and immersive outdoor set that makes one feel closer to what we often see and “ignore” here in Los Angeles. Though lighthearted in the beginning it quickly develops into something more thought provoking. After the play you can’t help but become self reflective and contemplate how cruel society can be towards the unhoused community. It definitely reminds us to be more kind and empathetic as stories like this are very real.
